Photography is a language — light is the vocabulary, but the tools we use shape how that light becomes emotion.
Here’s the kit I rely on to translate real people, places, and stories into the visual world of
pièce de résistance
My main camera of choice is the Sony a6700.
Even though it’s an APS-C crop-sensor camera, the imagery it produces with modern lenses is virtually indistinguishable from full-frame systems. It delivers outstanding autofocus, a wide dynamic range, and the compact mobility I need for both portrait work and adventure photography.
To enhance usability and durability, the A6700 is fully rigged in a Tilta cage, fitted with original Tilta accessories. Their build quality is exceptional, and I love the modern aesthetic — especially the Forest Green and Coyote design accents that make the camera feel as professional as it performs.
Mounted on the cage most of the time is my Atomos Shinobi Go monitor. I rely on it for video work and for shooting portraits in harsh sunlight where screen visibility and precise focus become essential.

PORTRAIT LENSES
Capturing Character & Aura.
A great portrait lens is designed to flatter — it gently compresses facial features, separates the subject from the background, and draws attention straight to the eyes and emotion. It’s not just about sharpness — it’s about presence.

EVERyday LENSES
A great everyday lens adapts to the moment — versatile, reliable, and ready for anything from spontaneous street shots to unexpected portraits. It’s the lens you trust when you don’t know what’s coming next.It keeps detail corner-to-corner, controls distortion, and captures the scale and wonder of nature, day or night.

filters, Sculpting Light & Creativity
Filters shape emotion at the source of an image. PolarPro filters are my trusted choice for cinematic control and playful experimentation.
Filters are the final touch of personality — shaping light before it ever reaches the sensor. They let me shift mood, add cinematic texture, control reflections, or dive into bold creative effects. It’s where technical control meets artistic experimentation.

Carry System
Always Ready to Create
A great carry system protects creativity — keeping the tools safe, organized, and ready the moment inspiration strikes. After years of trying every alternative, I’ve found that Compagnon combines smart design, durability, and genuine craftsmanship better than anyone. Their bags move as I move — whether I’m hiking, traveling, or shooting the streets — and they do it with comfort, style, and confidence.
I rely on their signature Element Backpack when I’m traveling with a full setup, the Element Sling bag for lightweight street and portrait days, and the Pouch to keep every cable, battery, and accessory exactly where it should be.
These bags adapt to any environment — rugged yet refined, built to perform, and designed to move as I move.

VIDEO GEAR
A great video GEAR tells stories through motion..
For video work, I rely on the compact yet powerful DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and GoPro Hero 11 — both fully kitted with a variety of filters for total creative control.
The Osmo lives inside a Tilta cage, adding grip, protection, and a professional feel, while the GoPro rides on a Snap Mount system for quick, magnetic versatility wherever inspiration strikes. Together, they let me capture movement, atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes moments with cinematic precision in any environment.

“At the end of the day, the true magic isn’t in the camera or the lenses — it’s in the stories they help create. This gear evolves with me, supports every creative decision, and allows me to stay focused on what matters most: capturing the emotion, the aura, and the fleeting beauty of real moments. Tools come and go. But the art we make with them — that’s what lasts.”
